The newest version has been released. Head over to the downloads section to grab the patch. Let's get those weapons on the heroes and start fighting!

The new BSanc is coming together nicely. I hope you find it pleasing to look at and more informative than ever.
So far, everything seems to work extremely well in Firefox, but I'm still having some troubles with IE. Hopefully I'll get those worked out soon. If any pages don't display correctly for you, please drop me an email and let me know what browser and version you are using. BSanc should work fine with lastest version of Firefox, since that fully supports all features. IE7 displays about 95% of the content correctly. I'll have to figure out some workarounds for that last 5%. Older browsers don't give you the best look of the website. I strongly suggest upgrading to Firefox, you won't be disappointed.
I think I have all the content from the old BSanc ported over to this new website, with a few additions already thrown in. I have grand plans to add in more and more content. Just be patient while I work on it, it's very time consuming. And, with spring arriving here, I'm gonna have to set aside some time to play outside with the Dogs.
Keep an eye here for news relating to the new content I'm working on. I'll inform you when it's posted. I hope you enjoy the new website!

I can't believe none of you emailed me to let me know I forgot to update the game downloads! Well, better late than never. PsyKill found the bug that was causing havoc with the city levels and we now have an even better version 46 currently running.
You can check out this thread on the Ballerium forums for a quick start guide of how to upgrade those cities. There's still many independant cities for the taking, so why not get into the game and start building your empire!
November 14, 2006
An awesome new version of Ballerium is now online. This is the one we've been waiting for, version 45 with upgradable cities. It's going to be an exciting time trying out the new features. I can't wait to try and take over a fully maxed out, uber city.
You can find the patch here. For those of you without Ballerium yet installed, you'll have to download and install the version 44.77 full install file first. Then apply the patch.
I'm looking forward to meeting many new players, and a few old adversaries too, this version. Don't forget to hollar out on the Ballerium forums when you get the first maxed out city.
October 20, 2006
Version 44 is now live. Grab the patch and get in Ballerium. Be sure to check out the release notes for all the changes. The game keeps evolving, don't you want to be apart of the growth of Ballerium?
September 26, 2006
Version 43 has gone live. All you non-subcribers can now patron more than 5 cities. Let's see what trouble we can get into this round.
July 27, 2006
Lots of changes are happening in Ballerium, and they're coming quickly. Version 40 is now online, make sure to get an early start. Check out the release notes for a list of all the most recent changes. We're hoping this round last a bit longer than V38 and V39. Maybe you'll get your 8 heroes this time.
July 9, 2006
Version 38 is now online. So far, everything seems to work smoothly. Go grab the patch and get into the game! Have fun and may the best Avatar win!
July 9, 2006
I've just got done reconfiguring the site in preparation for some future changes/additions. If you run into anything that doesn't work, links, downloads, pages, please email me so I can fix it asap.
Hopefully, with the new setup of the site, I'll be able to add in more information and interesting features. All that'll be stopping me is finding the time to do it all. Wish me luck.
Remember, version 38 should be going up today. Keep an eye posted on this page for when I have the download available.
June 28, 2006
I've been working long and hard on getting all the names of the cities on the map of Ballerium. It's not 100% done, but it is usable. It's taking too much effort to get IE and Firefox both to display it the same. Plus, my network connection is kinda buggy today.
So, instead of making you guys wait a day or two, I decided to put it up like it is. I have a lot of other work to do, so I'll finish it the next time I can squeeze it in. I hope it helps you in your quest for world domination. Check it out here.
June 12, 2006
I've uploaded the new full installation file of version 37. This version has been completely tested on my two systems. I've even redownloaded it off of my site and tested that file. So you guys have no worries. I was getting speeds in excess of 600 kbps when I downloaded from this site. That means you have no reason not to click that link and get Ballerium installed.
I hope to see many new faces in Ballerium. If you ever have any questions, just drop a Shadow unit into one of my cities and look for my name on your contact list. If I'm online, I'll be more than happy to answer any questions.
June 9, 2006
Version 37 is online and available for pre-testing. You can find the patch here. The control map is much larger this round. I've uploaded a pic of the Control Map so everyone can get familiar with it. I should be adding city names within a week or two. Have fun finding all those cities. Good Luck!
I've posted five new screenshots I took during version 36.
May 21, 2006
I've added the full installation file for version 36 to the downloads on the left. I haven't had time to test it though. If you run into any problems, failure to install, corrupted game installation, etc., don't hesitate to email me. You can always go with version 34 and patch up to version 36 if any problems arise.
May 20, 2006
Version 36 has now gone live. You can grab the patch here. I did notice that when I used the new in-game Avatar creation process that I entered the game as a Konkrateeka. I'm guessing everyone will run into the same problem. Don't complain about it, mistakes happen. Just go buy units of the race you want your heroes to be and start leveling them.
You might be able to avoid the Konk starting army by going to www.login.ballerium.com before you start version 36 the first time. Create your Avatar there first and then log into the game. I can't test this, but PsyKill said it should work. Let me know if it works for you.
Some stuff you should be aware of from Info....
" Please note: the process of signing into the game has been changed.
Those of you who already played and have an account, can simply start the game after installing the patch.
Your avatar will be selected from within Ballerium.
Those of you who have not played the game before, need to first create a game account on http://register.ballerium.com, and then run the fully-patched game.
Please note (#2): next version we're going to have a cleanup. This means that we might erase all non-donor and non-subscriber accounts and ask you to recreate them. This is to make the user table a bit more efficient, removing players who are no longer playing the game.
You may of course rid yourself of this by subscribing (hehe) although this is not the purpose of this cleanup action.
What's new in this version?
Fixes:
* Fixec slowliness when on zoomed out and not changing view (memleak)
* Fixed units to once more be seen on radar
New features:
* misc new help popups (thanks Shepherd for some of the texts)
* In game avatar creation
Balancing:
* Artificial units no longer auto heal they have to be fixed by skill usage. "

Hi Everyone,
As some of you might of noticed, I've been absent from Ballerium for these past two months. Real life has me extremely busy at the moment. I'm hoping to be able to devote a few hours a week to Ballerium in the coming weeks. I'll try to have that time go to updating this site more often.
On that note, I've uploaded the full install of version 34 and the patch to version 35. This way new players will have another mirror to choose from in preparation for version 36 going live hopefully sometime this weekend.
March 24, 2006
The new servers are UP!
Patrons are invited to download the latest patch and give the servers a test run. You should of received an invite email if you're going to be allowed to play.
The current version of the game is 34.61. If you get a connection error, chances are you have V33.60 still running. Get patched up and into the game. See ya there!
January 19, 2006
Version 33 is now live. Grab the Patch and start playing!
December 29, 2005
Version 32 is now live!
December 9, 2005
Version 31 has been released. Please be patient while Majorem gets the bugs squashed that this version created. The first few days of a new version are always a little rocky.
There are some awesome additions to Ballerium this round. Donating Patrons to Ballerium get a Kablaz unit in their starting army. I can't wait to promote mine to a hero. Remember, if you lose your Kablaz unit before you make him a hero, you can always reset your Avatar and get a new starting army. Happened to me once already, now I keep him in a sanctuary til I'm ready to level him. There are more cities and also Monuments for you to capture. I'm not sure what the benefit of monuments are yet, but they look nice.
Here's the release notes for version 31....
* Fix cities to sell a random race (not only nee) at start of round.
* Fix reselect a unit to recenter on it.
* Fix Freeze when pressing the options button.
* Fix a bug that caused a lot of the crashes of the client.
* Fix at least one crash of server.
* Fix greater ring of protection to work on normal units.
* Fixed Misc problems with AI servers.
Balancing:
* some skills where nerfed.
* resources degradation in cities should be slightly higher.
* keep kablaz at a maximum of 10% race distribution.
* Numbis units are slightly faster.
New feature:
* when draging a leader on to another unit it will now put all units that were under the leader under the new leader.
* In game options added ability to tell offlines not to send your units to sanctuary.
* Paying players now receive a Kablaz!! in starter army.
* all players now start with a miner worker (2 units slots)
* monumetnts are in game - yet another thing to conquer.
November 24, 2005
While waiting for the server to come online, I decided to go through some screenshots I've taken over the weeks. I added two new ones to the screenshots page.
November 21, 2005
Version 30 has just gone live. Click the link on the left to download the patch to version 30.58
I hope to squeeze in a bit more time to test the game this round, so be on the lookout for me to be searching for a fight.
November 11, 2005
Ballerium is alive once more! Majorem has the new servers up and running and the new version has been released. Go grab your download and get in the game. Have fun!
October 8, 2005
Version 28 is undergoing preliminary testing and should be online tonight hopefully. I've uploaded the patch and revised the install directions. Now, it's time to check out the new version. Have fun everyone!
September 16, 2005
Sorry for not updating the site for awhile now. I've been keeping busy doing outside things while the weather has been nice. Trying to get lots of stuff caught up before fall and winter start to move in. I've also been in the game testing and having some fun.
What I have for you today is a smaller version of the Game Interface, for easier viewing for those with lower resolutions on their desktop than the game runs in. I decided to just make an 800x600 and 1024x768 version of the interface. I think that should just about cover everyone. As always, let me know of any mistakes or suggestions to improve it. Thanks.
September 5, 2005
The patch for Version 27.54 is up. Lots of new changes for this round, so get your game patched and get in Ballerium and start testing.
I also did a minor update to the Game Interface guide the other day. I just forgot to update the news. I plan on having 3 sizes of the interface available soon, so those with lower resolutions can view it better.
September 2, 2005
I added the version 26 patch to the downloads and updated the install directions. Now, get in the game and test!
August 9, 2005
I got to witness a nice battle taking place at a Keii Rift tonight. Kivain and Salac were doing some leveling and called me over for a peek.
I put up the best of the shots I took over on the screenshots page . If you haven't gotten into the beta yet, head over and get a look at what you're missing.
August 7, 2005
Spent a bit of time this morning in the game, just relaxing and having some fun before work today. I got a few random screenshots taken and had time to post them over on the Screenshots page.
Todilo and I were able to capture one city relatively easily, but the second one just wouldn't cooperate. Too bad real life called and our attempt at capture ended in failure. We'll get that one next time, unless someone beats us to it.
August 6, 2005
Good News, version 25 is online and new beta testers are being welcomed into Ballerium. I hope you made it into this round. If not, be patient, more testers will be accepted in coming weeks. So, keep checking out Ballerium's website and don't forget that by donating, you get into the beta almost immediately.
The full install of version 25 is now available. If you haven't got v25 on your hard drive yet, what are you waiting for, go get it.
August 4, 2005
In preparation for Saturday's hopefully v25 launch, I've posted a quick tutorial in the Beginner's Guide. This one covers the basics of mining. Just enough information to get everyone earning some Fuzzz, so they don't all die and start begging us oldtimers for money.
I think I'll take a break from updating this site for a few days, so I'll be able to catch up on some real life work and also to get into the game a little bit more come this weekend. I hope to see many of you in Ballerium, and don't forget about the Teamspeak server I have running. If you want connection information, just send me an email with your preferred nick and password.
August 3, 2005
I've placed a small script on this page that lets you know if the Teamspeak server is online or offline. Please let me know if you notice any errors with it. Such as it saying offline and you still can connect to the server.
I hope to someday install a more robust script that will inform you of who's connected, etc. Unfortunately, I've yet to find any that I can figure out. If you know of one, please send me a link to it.
August 2, 2005
I uploaded the full install of version 23.48 tonight. Now you can just download two files in order to install the Ballerium client. Get Ballerium installed now, because come this Saturday, you just might be accepted into the beta!
August 2, 2005
This really should be dated August 1st, but since it is after midnight here, we'll call it Tuesday. I put up a half finished pic of the Ballerium interface I'm working on. Be kind to me if there are errors, I'm half asleep. I'm not sure when I'll finish it. But, it's good enough for new players. It should help them out a lot. Get a look at it here.
If you at first you don't think it's anything special, just start moving your cursor around. I'm sure you'll figure it out.
August 1, 2005
As you can tell from looking at the site, I've added some Google Ads and the Google Search. The purpose of these are to provide a revenue stream to keep Ballerium running. The money I earn from you dedicated Ballerium testers and players visiting these sponsors, will go towards my efforts to support Majorem keeping the Ballerium servers operating.
My support for Ballerium comes from many different directions. I send my own money to pay@majorem.com thru PayPal. I host the client download and pay for the bandwidth. I'm working on running and hosting a Teamspeak server for you all to participate in. I assist Majorem in developing the game anyway Info and PsyKill need me to. Anything I can come up with to help Ballerium become a reality, I try to do.
All this work takes time and money I happily give to Ballerium. All I ask in return, is for you, the Ballerium community, to please use my Google search for all your web finding needs. And, to please visit these sponsors if they have anything that catches your eye. I'm sure there must be at least one ad that gets your attention. Go check it out! It's for the good of Ballerium!
July 31, 2005
I've spent the day transferring 90% of the game content from the Dogs of War clansite over to Ballerium Sanctuary. Once I bring the unit information over, I'll start working on new stuff to post. For now, if you haven't read it before, check out the links to the left.
I also was able to get my new router configured and had a successful test of a Teamspeak server. So, dust off those headsets/microphones, and get ready for some Ballerium chatting. I'm aiming to have the Teamspeak server running 24/7 when the full download becomes available. Hopefully this coming Saturday. If you want me to register your Ballerium username with the server, send me an email with your username and the password you'd like to use on the chat server. And, don't forget to download the client and read up on how to connect.
July 31, 2005
I've been busy taking part in the Pre-Test of Ballerium, so I haven't had time to update this page like I wanted to. The good news is I have some nice screenshots of the new units and a movie of an Outpost being built. I wanted to work a bit on the website layout first, so I could make some new pages and tie everything together better, that's the delay for posting these updates
How's the pre-test going you ask? It's going great! The game client works fine for me, with no major issues, just known ones from before and some minor new ones related to the changes. I tested a full version install yesterday and it was only a 103MB download. If it works out to be around that, that'd be nice news for those of you on limited bandwidth. Also for me, and others, who host the download.
Time to get back to work.
July 29, 2005
I have some information regarding the new Dolom Caravans. As you can tell from the screenshots posted earlier, there are three sizes of Doloms, small, normal (medium), and large. While testing today, I determined the cargo capacity of each one. They all have six slots for resources. Small Dolom can hold 50 units of resources per slot, medium Dolom holds 100 resources per slot and the large Dolom holds 150 per slot.
They also have different stats. I've yet to catalog those, but I can say the large Dolom is very slow, even slower than the Olligar units. It's also very expensive. While small and medium Doloms can be purchased for around $2000 and $3500 respectively, in the same city the large Dolom went for over $16,000! Now, of course, this is because the prices are dependent on the resources available in the city. Since large Doloms need rare resources, the less of them available, the more expensive the unit.
Here's a screenshot of the three Doloms taking a break from the burden of hauling around all those resources. The next target of my ingame camera is going to be those WatchTower and Outpost builders, hopefully.
July 28, 2005
I took a little break from "work" and played a bit of Ballerium. I captured over 3GB's of movie footage. Not much was of any use, except this little clip. I'm still learning the movie business. So, the filesize is large and the quality could be better. I'm putting this movie up so anyone that hasn't seen Ballerium in action yet, can get a glimpse of what the action looks like.
I used DivX in making this movie, so make sure you have that codec if you have any problems viewing it. The filesize is 5MB for a measly 17 seconds of fighting. But what do you expect, it's my first one.

July 28, 2005
I was hoping to have a productive day working on this website and other tasks, like maybe getting a test movie made of Ballerium in action. Well, my router decided it was going to take up my whole morning, not to mention some money that was slated as a donation to Ballerium. So now I'm way behind in what I wanted to accomplish. At least now I don't have to worry about the router quitting on me during a heated battle in the game.
Some good news is, the servers are running well. I've been in the game multiple times and haven't run into any problems. I've been getting some screenshots to give me some content to liven up this place. Hopefully, more testers will be allowed in this pre-test so I can get a few action shots. Remember to Donate to keep Ballerium alive, and that patrons of the game get moved up the list for selection into the Beta!
July 27, 2005
The servers are now functioning! There still is some more testing to be done, but it doesn't look like it'll be long before many testers will be able to log into the new version. And just to give you a teaser, there are some sweet features in this version. As proof that the game will be live soon, just in case you don't believe the hype, check out the screenshot. Ballerium has become a very cold place since all of us left, that's why my followers are huddled around the campfire. There's no burning cities to warm them up...yet.
July 27, 2005
I was in the game for a little longer this time and had a chance to check out a few of the interfaces while I was searching for a mine PsyKill didn't own. Some of you are going to love this stuff. We are going to have a blast testing out these new units. War has just gotten a little more strategic! Screenshots are available here. Seems like we're going to have to do a lot of mining to afford buying all these new units. I just hope that large Dolom carries a huge amount of resources.
July 27, 2005
Welcome to the Ballerium Sanctuary! The game Ballerium is coming back to life within the next week and this site will be the place to find all sorts of great information about how to play the game. I'm in the process of getting some temporary pages up for you until the servers get online and I'm able to fill this site with lots of graphics, screenshots and movies.
Until then, please bookmark this page and check back often.
