Join Ballerium
Before you can play Ballerium, you must first register on the Ballerium website. You'll receive an email to confirm your registration. After you click on that email link, your account will be created and you'll receive another confirmation email. Make sure to choose a subscription level so you'll be able to get into the game. You can do all that while you wait for the game to download.
New Install
It's very important to install the game up to its current version. The first thing you should do is download the most recent full installation file. After that, download all patches, in order, up to the most recent patch.
As an example, you might have to download 3 files, v45 full install, v46 patch, v47 patch. Many problems new players experience immediately following a game install, is that they aren't running a current version of the game or a properly patched one.
Now that you have all the proper files, execute the full installation file and follow the setup directions to copy the game to your computer. If you had to download any patches to get current with running version, execute these in numerical order. You should now be able to use the desktop shortcut to start the game.
Patching the Game
To patch an already installed version of Ballerium, all you need to do is download all patches from your installed version to the currently running version of the game.
As an example, if you have installed version 45 on your machine, but the server is running version 47, you would download the v46 patch and the v47 patch.
Execute these files in numerical order and you should be all patched up.
